The company will demonstrate Silicon Insights impact on semiconductor technology development processes from early-stage technology development through yield improvement.

Silicon Insight includes a complete data management software product suite for semiconductor technology development.

Products within the system automate and optimize tasks such as design rule creation and documentation; test chip development, documentation, and revision; test plan creation; and complete data management and analysis at the engineering tool level.

Silicon Insight bridges design and manufacturing by interconnecting data and facilitating detailed analyses that provide insight into improving development and manufacturing processes, performance, and yield.
