Rybinski originally worked for Siemon as an Electrical Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer from 1990 to 2001.
After a short term away, during which she had the opportunity to develop additional skills and increase her expertise in cable engineering, she rejoined Siemon in March 2004.
Rybinski has an impressive background of credentials, including a BSEE degree from the University of Connecticut, and actively participates in working groups responsible for the development and publication of telecommunications standards such TIA/EIA-568-B and TIA/EIA-568-B.1 (Cat 6).
She is the Vice-Chair of the TIA TR 42.7 copper cabling subcommittee, Chair of the TIA TR-42.7.1 connecting hardware working group, and TIA TR-42 appointed liaison to IEEE802.3.
In addition, Rybinski is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, has authored over 40 technical articles and engineering papers, and holds several US patents.
