The write-protected drives are available in a variety of industry-standard mechanical form factors, including 2.5 and 3.5in drives; Type II and Type III ATA PC Cards; Type I and Type II CompactFlash cards; and 40-pin and 44-pin Flash disk modules in either vertical or horizontal mount configurations.
Specifications include: a sustained write speed of up to 4Mbyte/s; a sustained read speed of up to 5Mbyte/s; support up to PIO Mode 4; wear levelling for enhanced read/write endurance; a user-programmable 10byte ID for added security; and support for both commercial (0 to +70C) and industrial (-40 to +85C) temperature ranges.
