Features include: ATA and true IDE interfaces; password protection; preventative maintenance assistance with the end-of-life utility; support for industrial operating temperatures ranging from -40 to +85C; sustained write speeds of up to 2.9Mbyte/s; and sustained read speeds of up to 3.4Mbyte/s.
The 1Gbyte Flash disk module is available in a 44-pin horizontal mounting configuration that plugs directly onto the motherboard's 40-pin male IDE connector.
It features: a true IDE interface; commercial, extended and industrial temperature support; sustained read speeds of up to 1.5Mbyte/s; sustained write speeds of up to 3Mbyte/s; burst transfer speed of up to 8Mbyte/s; and 3.3 or 5.0V support.
