"This will enable us to provide 'best in class' full turnkey solutions for the Centaur family".
The Centaur also boasts an advanced memory interface with programmable 8/16/32bit data and 22bit address bus with up to 64Mbyte of total memory space for Flash, ROM, SRAM and SDRAM.
Accelerated packet processing is handled by a protocol engine.
Target applications include Wireless (802.11a/b/g), VPN, firewall, multimedia/set top boxes and network storage.
