The fastest rectifiers in the west
The MUR range of ultrafast rectifiers from Solid State Supplies have been specifically designed to provide optimised performance of forward voltage drop with a reverse recovery time of 25ns.
Providing lower Zener impedance, a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown.
Typical reverse current is less than 1uA above 10V.
The SMAJ and SMCJ are both surface mount devices with ratings of 400 and 1500W, respectively.
These low profile packages have glass passivated junctions and provide low inductance.
The SMAJ has a repetition rate (duty cycle) of 0.1% whereas the 1500W version offers 0.05%.
The fast response time of the SMAJ model is typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown for unidirectional types, and the SMCJ gives less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown.
Both of the surface mount diodes have a typical reverse current of less than 1mA above 10V and both are suitable for high temperature soldering.
All of these new products are RoHS compliant and UL approved.
