The fastest rectifiers in the west
The MUR range of ultrafast rectifiers from Solid State Supplies have been specifically designed to provide optimised performance of forward voltage drop with a reverse recovery time of 25ns.
The device, which is adjustable for 0.8 to 24V output, is fully protected with a 6V undervoltage lockout on the input, both current limit and thermal shut down on the output.
After a thermal shut down, the component starts up again in soft start mode.
For 1.5A use, the A8499 is suited for use in printer power supplies and consumer equipment power supplies.
Still providing the 8 to 50V input range and having the same features, the A8499 is adjustable from 1.2 to 24V output.
