New test added to simulation system
Simulation of Glonass and other GNSS signals provides an effective way of testing receivers, systems and application performance.
Spirent Communications has added Glonass L2 test capability to its GSS8000 simulation system which already supports Glonass L1 simulation This makes the GSS8000 the industry's first simulation system to support Glonass L1 and L2 commercial signals
Spirent has supported the Glonass L1 signal in its simulation systems for many years.
With this launch, Glonass L1/L2 capability will be available both in a stand-alone system and also in combination with GPS and/or Galileo signals.
Simulation of Glonass and other GNSS signals provides an effective way of testing receivers, systems and application performance.
Laboratory simulation can ensure controlled repeatable testing that explores both nominal and off-design conditions.
