The HA 5003L is a self-contained high-voltage tester housed in a 19in/4HU rack mounted case.

An electronic source allows voltages up to 5000V AC or 6000V DC to be programmed quickly and easily.

All of this is done at the required capacity of 500VA.

Depending on the application, and independent of the supply frequency, tests can be performed at 50, 60 or 400Hz.

As an option, a DC voltage output with low residual ripple is available.

The output voltages are completely potential free and the device meets EN50191 safety requirements.

New testers are designed around the same principles as the successful HA 5002L series which, have proven extremely reliable.

Because they are interface compatible, the parameters can be set with an analogue voltage of 0-10V DC, source and power supply potential free.

All of the measured values can be read back via an analogue output of 0-10V DC which is also power supply and source potential free.

If the performance of the high-voltage test has to be ensured, a minimum current value or a four-wire technique (option) can be applied.

From the 24V digital input and output signals, status conditions can be set and read.
