Safety and function in one cut test times
The KT 3301E is a combined safety and functional tester designed for production testing in accordance with BS EN60335, 60204, 61010 and many other standards.
This is particularly useful on production lines or test areas where several different product types are being tested.
It is a simple task to set up the software to read a variety of barcode types as well as setting up the test programs.
Using identifiers within the barcode, the software chooses the relevant test program ensuring that the product is tested to the correct test parameters.
The base software program has been in existence for over five years and has proved to be reliable and user friendly.
SPS Electronic regularly updates the software using customer feedback and strives to keep ahead of the competition.
The software automatically creates a database for the day's production and the test results will be logged against the barcode serial number providing the ultimate in traceability.
If barcodes are not used on the products, a serial number can be input via the keyboard.
The software will work with most existing SPS test equipment as well as a new range of testers.
A standard PC can be used to run the software under Windows 95, 98, 2000 or XP.
Passwords can be set to prevent unwanted tampering with software or program settings.
It is possible to send the test results to a networked computer by setting the correct pathname within the software setup.
