Dr Li-Fu Chang, Sequence Design Project Manager, has been named to the board of the Fabless Semiconductor Association's (FSA) Modelling Committee.

Dr Li-Fu Chang, Sequence Design Project Manager, has been named to the board of the Fabless Semiconductor Association's (FSA) Modelling Committee.

The purpose of the FSA Modelling Committee is to improve the quality of circuit models used by FSA member companies, including Spice and interconnect models.

The committee is dedicated to communicating news on innovation and the discussion of current modelling topics closely related to model generation, extraction, validation, and comparison.

Dr Chang holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Purdue University.

His area of research interest is interconnect modelling and characterisation.

He has published or presented more than 35 technical papers in international journals and conferences and holds multiple US patents.
