Module puts XScale into StrongARM
designs
Embedded designers wishing to use the new Intel XScale PXA250 processor to replace existing StrongARM designs, can take advantage of the Triton module from Strategic Test.
Embedded designers wishing to use the new Intel XScale PXA250 processor to replace existing StrongARM designs, can take advantage of the Triton module from Strategic Test Using a DIMM144 format, the Triton is available with a choice of PXA250 300 or 400MHz CPUs, 32 or 64Mbyte SDRAM, 32Mbyte Flash memory and a JTAG test interface
The module only requires a single 3.3V voltage source, as the 1.9V generation is managed onboard with better than 90% efficiency.
Other PXA250 features, such as USB, Bluetooth, RS232, LCD controller, I2C bus, stereo codec and the PCMCIA/Compact Flash interface are supplied through the DIMM connector.
The Triton is available for immediate delivery.
