With up to 4Gsample of onboard memory, the cards are able to record signals for 40 seconds on two channels and 20 seconds on four channels.

Two new 8bit PCI Express digitiser/oscilloscope cards from Strategic Test Corp offer a choice of two or four 50Msample/s channels Each channel of the UF2e-2020 and UF2e-2021 has its own 8bit ADC for simultaneous sampling, seven programmable input voltage ranges from +/-50mV to +/- 5V, offset adjustment to 400% and both 50ohm and 1Mohm input impedances

Unusual features of the UF2e-2020 and UF2e-2021 include the option for dual-timebase sampling, synchronous digital inputs, asynchronous digital I/O and the ability to synchronise up to 542 channels.

With up to 4Gsample of onboard memory, the cards are able to record signals for 40 seconds on two channels and 20 seconds on four channels.

Alternatively, captured data can be streamed continuously to PC RAM or hard disk(s) at up to 120Msample/s over the PCIe bus.

Drivers and programming examples for Microsoft Windows Vista, XP64, XP and Linux (RedHat, Fedora, SuSe, Sarge) are supplied with the card, as well as the SBench 5.3 oscilloscope program.

SDKs for Matlab, LabView, Agilent-VEE, DasyLab and LabWindows/CVI are available as options.

The standard -3dB bandwidth is at least 25MHz, and the wide bandwidth option increases this to at least 40MHz.

Like all UltraFast boards, the UF2e-202x scope cards can be customised through hardware options to best match the application.

Prices start at US $3190 with volume/OEM discounts available.
