The MirrorBit ORNAND roadmap includes a family of 3V MirrorBit ORNAND devices, ranging from 128Mbit to 2Gbit, that provides an optimised NAND-interface data storage solution for automotive, consumer and networking applications.
The first in the 3V MirrorBit ORNAND family, a 2Gbit device, will sample this quarter and be in production in the fourth quarter.
A 1.8V 512Mbit MirrorBit ORNAND product for the mainstream wireless phone market is sampling now and will be in production in the third quarter.
There are also pilots for a two-chip secure HD-SIM solution in the second half of the year; as well as a single-chip solution starting from 128 and 512Mbit in 2007.
With progress made with MirrorBit Quad technology, Spansion will introduce products based on this technology later this year.
