The ready-to-run VR range of camera kits is now available from Stortech Electronics This robust camera is based around the Pecan CB60H high-resolution CCD colour camera module featuring a varifocal and autoiris lens

This means that the camera has the ability to view individual detail more closely compared to other fixed lens cameras and can automatically optimise picture contrast under varied light conditions.

This versatile indoor camera can be installed to monitor a wide variety of applications within the commercial, industrial and private sector.

It is also ideal for use in public or private sheltered entrances where light levels might fluctuate significantly.

This fully featured camera is available in medium or high-resolution monochrome or colour output versions.

With very low power consumption, the camera will produce excellent picture quality with resolutions of between 570 and 380 lines, depending on the module installed.

The standard varifocal lens option has a focal length range between 4-9mm.

Focusing is manually adjusted to suit customer requirements after installation.

The autoiris facility allows the camera to automatically adjust for the best picture contrast in high or low brightness.

This ready to go camera solution is mounted within a rugged housing and comes with a variety of power supply options of 12V DC, 24V AC and 240V AC.

The kit comes with connecting leads and mounting bracket.
