A new generation of 10.4in colour TFT modules for industrial applications and the instrumentation market features NEC's exciting new Super Advanced SFT technology (SA-SFT).

NEC's new 10.4in NL6448BC33-53 is a completely new VGA module employing the new SA-SFT technology.

This new technology yields transmissivity as much as 50% higher than previous generations of TFT panel, enabling high luminance of 350cd/m2 and high contrast of 300:1 to be achieved.

It also has an ultrawide viewing angle of up to 170 degrees, both horizontally and vertically.

The NL6448BC33-53 has standard VGA 640 x 480pixel resolution and can display up to 262,144 colours simultaneously.

It has outline dimensions of 243 x 185 x 11mm, mechanically compatible with other 10.4in panels in the NEC range, making it ideal for system upgrades as well as new applications.

Another feature of this new technology is the wide temperature range, from -10 to +70C (operating) and -20 to +80C (storage).
