Tantalum chip capacitors have ultra-low
ESR
Now available in the UK from Surtech Distribution is the Matsuo range of ultra-low ESR (equivalent series resistance) tantalum chip capacitors.
Now available in the UK from Surtech Distribution is the Matsuo range of ultra-low ESR (equivalent series resistance) tantalum chip capacitors The new 281 Series incorporates a number of process developments including high-performance powder technology and new sintering and cathodising techniques to offer typical ESR values (at 100kHz) as low as 0.2ohm for capacitance values of 47-100uF and 0.1ohm for values of 150uF and above
The series covers a 4-25V DC voltage range with a capacitance range of 4.7-330uF in 10 or 20% tolerances.
Package types are standard D(D3) and E(H), and operating temperature range is -55 to +125C.
Lead times start at only ten weeks.
The new devices are ideally suited to use in medium- to high-frequency circuits in switching regulators, DC/DC convertors, high-speed PCs and miniature power supplies. Request a free brochure from Surtech Distribution ...
