New male and female 0.05in (1.27mm) board-to-board connectors from Sullins Connector Solutions are engineered for higher signal density in space-constrained applications.

Offered in single- and dual-row configurations, and in plated through hole (PTH) and surface mount (SMT) versions, the RoHS-compliant parts may be ordered with straight or right-angle dip-solder terminations.

The female versions are supplied with high-temperature liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulators, while the male parts feature Nylon 9 insulators.

Materials are UL94V0 rated and withstand high SMT solder-reflow temperatures.

Parts are compatible with lead-free RoHS reflow processes up to 260C peak, and meet the requirements for operating in the temperature range of -40 to +105C.
