Although not a unique service in itself, the special order process is very customer friendly as batches as small as 1000 pieces can be ordered as custom designs, enabling those with smaller projects to benefit from the service.

OEMs are constantly improving or changing the specification of their products to widen their appeal.

Euroclamp's special design service offers them another way of upgrading their products to differentiate them from, and keep them ahead of the competition.

As well as Euroclamp's standard green colour, terminal blocks and connectors can now be ordered in orange, red, blue, grey and black.

Also special designs can be produced, for example terminal blocks were recently produced with a small hole above each terminal in which to insert a test probe.

This enabled the user to test the host equipment more efficiently and safely, adding value and safety to the final product.

Euroclamp has invested in new machinery with flexible production capabilities enabling minimal production quantities and fast deliveries.

The company works closely with designers and manufacturers to produce special designs and modified products, and indeed to implement any improvements that they feel is necessary to provide the performance or feature that they require.
