Synplicity has completed its acquisition of key products and technology from IOTA Technology.
Synplicity has completed its acquisition of key products and technology from IOTA Technology Synplicity reached a definitive agreement with IOTA Technology for the acquisition of the products and technology on 5th June 2002, and has now completed the acquisition through the payment of $4,100,000 in cash and issuance of 300,000 shares of common stock of Synplicity, for a total purchase price of approximately $5.5 million
