Repping deal extends to Central Europe
SynQor has extended its deal with NETS, the Reading-based technical repping agency, to cover Central Eastern Europe.
SynQor has extended its deal with NETS, the Reading-based technical repping agency, to cover Central Eastern Europe.
The move is designed to improve service to contract electronics manufacturers (CEMs) moving to that region to take advantage of cheaper labour rates.
Explains Siegfried Kreuzer, head of European operations for SynQor: "NETS has identified that many large CEMs that were previously based in the UK, Germany and Italy are now setting up operations in Central Eastern Europe.
They are one of the few repping companies that have chosen to offer the same levels of service within Central Eastern Europe, and are winning and protecting business because of this approach".
Colin Lynch, sales director of NETS, comments: "SynQor leads the way with its high efficiency dc/dc converter bricks.
The deal we have struck gives great impetus to our program among the CEMs in this emerging territory".
Concludes Kreuzer: "NETS is genuinely adding value for SynQor and its customers in Central Eastern Europe, and we are pleased to extend our agreement with them to cover this important and emerging territory".
