Half brick boasts 3% better efficiency
A class leading 28V-output 12.8A half-brick DC/DC convertor targets power amplifier designs, but is equally suitable for other applications such as powering fan trays.
SynQor has further strengthened its position in the wireless infrastructure DC/DC marketplace with a class leading 28V-output 12.8A half-brick DC/DC convertor specifically targeting power amplifier designs, but equally suitable for other applications such as powering fan trays The PQ60280HEA13 (open frame version) and PQ60280HEB13 (baseplated version) convertors use synchronous rectification and SynQor's patented topology to achieve extremely high efficiencies, low power dissipation and high reliability, in a single board, open-frame or baseplated package (optional)

60W dual-output convertor needs no heatsink
DualQor dual-output industry-standard quarter-brick-sized isolated DC/DC convertors from SynQor are capable of delivering up to 60W at 5 and 3.3V, with no need for an attached heatsink.
Convertor produces 40A from a quarter brick
SynQor has introduced a 40A quarter-brick-sized isolated DC/DC convertor.
The device has up to 3% improved efficiency over similarly rated devices on the market, reducing dissipated power by up to 40%.
With an input voltage range of 35-75V, and operating at an exceptional full load efficiency of 94.5%, the open frame device can supply up to 270W at 55C ambient with just 1m/s of forced air cooling.
For more thermally demanding applications, the baseplated option allows cold wall mounting or attachment of a heatsink to increase the available power to the full 360W rating.
The trim range of -50% to +10% adds additional flexibility for the user to adjust to their desired output voltage for improved linearity within their power amplifiers, and the device has a basic isolation level from input to output of 2250V DC.
Other control and protection features include remote sense, input UVLO, output OVP, current limit, short circuit and thermal shutdown.
Sample and production quantities are available immediately with a stock to 8-week lead-time.
The modules are priced at $97.00 in OEM quantities for the open frame version. Request a free brochure from SynQor Europe ...
