Symmetry now boasts 15 offices worldwide and offers electronic components and displays. To date, Symmetry Electronics has developed a thorough and growing customer base in the Brazil market, but the bulk of the effort has been done outside of South America.
'The majority of the business that we have developed remotely has been on the buyer level,' said Claudia Tausz, South America Sales Manager.
'With a physical presence in Brazil, we'll be able to address the engineers directly while still in the design phase and personally follow up on their needs and requests'.
Symmetry's new office in Brazil will be led by a highly skilled staff of sales personnel who have been trained on Symmetry's franchised lines and who have helped to develop the overall strategy for the Brazil market.
