Shielding specialist, TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has introduced new stainless-steel versions of its low-profile and pressure sensitive mounting gaskets.
Aesthetically pleasing, the new benches feature mostly round tube construction for additional strength and stability.
In addition, the use of round tubing eliminates any awkward corners - all the workbenches feature smooth radiused edges making them more "user friendly" in the workplace.
A variety of work surfaces can be supplied encompassing high pressure laminate, two layer dissipative mat, melamine faced dissipative chipboard and dissipative vinyl.
All work surfaces conform to BS IEC61340-5-1.
Worktops feature an 18mm MDF core and have radiused corners and edges with lacquered finish.
The CL design offers three fixed height workbench variations of 760, 840 and 920mm.
Worktop sizes are 600 x 450, 1200 x 600 and 1800 x 900mm, respectively.
CL II designs offer adjustable height workstations at 760, 800 and 840mm.
Worktop sizes for these benches are 600 x 450, 1200 x 600 and 1500 x 750mm, respectively.
All workbenches come complete with adjustable feet for levelling purposes.
FL designed workbenches offer higher load capabilities with excellent stability due to their traditional "leg at each corner" construction.
Featuring manually adjustable height, FL design workstations are available in four sizes encompassing 600 x 450 x 760mm high, 1200 x 600 x 840mm high, 1500 x 750 x 880mm high and 1800 x 900 x 960mm high.
The modular design of the new ECP 1590 workbenches enables a wide range of upper and/or lower workstation accessories to be fitted.
These include footrests, drawers and cupboards, rear support posts and accessory rails, articulated arms, louvre panel modules, tool panel modules, pinboard modules, service panel modules, overhead light/tool rails, fluorescent light units, bin rails and shelves all of which are available with full ESD protection.
The modular construction enables easy removal of louvre panels so users can easily load up full bins and trays and remove empties to keep operators fully stocked quickly and efficiently.
