TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has a static dissipative (SD) stoving enamel that provides a high-performance rapid-curing high-build coating with excellent static-control characteristics.
A choice of worksurfaces is available from lacquered MDF, grey high-pressure laminate, grey/blue vinyl or Trespa.
CL workbenches are available in four fixed heights of 760, 840, 880 and 960mm with worktop sizes of 600 x 450, 1200 x 600, 1500 x 750 and 1800 x 900mm, respectively.
Adjustable height legs are available on the CL series as an option.
FL styles are available in the same sizes but feature adjustable height legs as standard.
All types feature adjustable feet for levelling purposes.
All workstations have a powder coat finish to BS4800-00A05 grey.
RAL and other BS4800 colours are available to special order.
Complementing the new general-purpose workbenches is a comprehensive range of upper and lower workstation accessories that turn simple workbenches into fully ergonomic workstations.
Upper workstation accessories include rear support posts, articulated arms, louvre panel, tool panel and pinboard modules, parts storage cabinets, overhead light/tool rails, fluorescent light units, service panel modules, bin rails and upper shelves.
Lower workstation accessories include a range of drawers and cupboards that are ergonomically designed with the workstation user in mind.
Features include asymmetrically fitted stainless steel handles with locks and a wide range of coloured side and escutcheon panels that provide a smart storage solution.
Drawers feature totally enclosed double-runner ball bearing slides for additional safety and can be fitted with divisible ABS or steel inners to provide a weight capacity of up to 50kg per drawer.
TBA ECP's new general-purpose workstations complement the recently launched ECP 1590 series of ESD workbenches and extend the company's "floor-to-ceiling" portfolio by enabling non-ESD protection areas to be fitted out with matching furniture.
