TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has added a wide range of components and accessories for its recently launched electrostatic dissipative workbenches.

The components and accessories enable complete ESD workstations to be produced with modules available to support almost any conceivable assembly area requirement.

Upper workstation modules encompass articulated arms, louvre panels, tool panels, pinboards, overhead light and tool rails, fluorescent light units, service panels, bin rails and shelves.

Lower workstation components include a wide range of footrests, drawers and cupboards and a packing station kit.

Ergonomic articulated arms offer additional flexibility to the operator by providing easy access to monitors, information or parts depending on the type of arm fitted.

With the ability for the arm to be folded away towards the rear of the workstation, maximum work-surface usage can be achieved.

Rear accessory rails provide a unique track system for sliding all rear accessory modules.

Any of the modules - louvre panel, pinboard, parts storage or tool panel - can be added or removed from the track giving maximum flexibility to the operator.

It is also possible, for example, to provide a fully kitted louvre panel module with appropriate parts bins fully stocked and, when exhausted, replace the entire panel with another fully stocked unit while the empty one is removed to be restocked elsewhere in the assembly facility.

This can improve production efficiency as the workstation operator is able to continue assembly operations virtually uninterrupted.
