Loopback features variable attenuation
Timbercon has released a variable attenuated version of its flagship product, the Armadillo loopback.
To achieve RoHS compliance, Timbercon worked with vendors and internal manufacturing divisions to verify component, process, and packaging level compliance, ensuring that each attribute contains less than the allotted amount of hazardous substances set forth in the RoHS Directive by the European Union.
"Ensuring the Armadillo loopback is compliant with all the RoHS directives well before the deadline is a key factor for the continued success of the product line", said Sean Gitt, Marketing Director for Timbercon.
The Armadillo loopback is a ruggedised fibre optic test adapter designed for test and measurement applications.
Offered in multiple colours and attenuation levels, the Armadillo loopback is available in SC and LC form factors.
