H-bridge modules handle fast switching
Fast switching H-bridge modules address the needs of higher-power fast switching applications like welding equipment and switch mode power supplies.
Available now from Tyco Electronics, the fastPack 0 family of fast switching H-bridge modules comes in the flow 0 package, addressing the needs of higher-power fast switching applications like welding equipment and switch mode power supplies working at frequencies up to 250kHz In total the family consists of 11 different versions rated at 600V and eight different versions rated at 1200V
The designer can choose the optimum product for the application with options covering two different substrates, with or without DC-link capacitor and different diode types.
