solution
Tektronix' validation solution will allow Allion to perform the most demanding compliance test assignments with the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency and reliability.
Allion Test Labs has selected the Tektronix Serial ATA II (SATA II) validation test solution consisting of high-performance, real-time oscilloscopes and arbitrary waveform generators for SATA II compliance testing This new Tektronix high-speed serial test bench will allow Allion to perform the most demanding compliance test assignments with the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency and reliability

For its expanding measurement needs, Allion selected the Tektronix AWG7012 arbitrary waveform generator and the 15GHz TDS6154C real-time oscilloscope.
Allion also uses the 20GHz DPO72004 real-time oscilloscope.
