Ovo enclosures are designed for housing the latest pocket and handheld electronics, and feature advanced ergonomics for comfortable handling and operation of the controls during use.
Applications will include remote control devices, peripherals, measurement instruments, and medical and wellness equipment.
Ovotek cases can be used for mobile battery powered devices or as control units cable connected to a machine.
The Ovotek cases are moulded in off-white or black ABS (UL94HB), have external dimensions of 165 x 103 x 38mm, and are assembled by four self-tapping screws.
Two versions are offered with smooth domed top part, or flat top part with recessed area for mounting a membrane keypad, 4.3in TFT display or product label.
Internal screw bosses are provided in both the top and base for fitting PCBs and keypad assemblies.
The cases can be ordered with or without a battery compartment.
Two types of battery compartment are offered which will accept either 2 x 1.5V AA or 1 x 9V cells, or 4 x 1.5V AA or 2 x 9V cells.
Teko can supply the Ovotek enclosures with additional holes for pushbuttons, connectors and controls etc, plus silk-screen printed legends and logos.
The cases can also be moulded or painted in alternative colours.
