TI is in with Zhone for ADSL trials
Zhone Technologies is to work with Texas Instruments to provide high-density ADSL infrastructure systems for field trials with leading operators worldwide.

Zhone's Broadband Access Node (BAN) platform for DSL, including high-speed data and voice transmission, use TI's DSL infrastructure products including the AC5 octal chipset.
With the goal of providing the highest densities in central offices and DLCs, Zhone's innovative platform combined with TI's robust technology roadmap will continue to provide leading DSL infrastructure solutions that will provide increased functionality and revenue streams for service providers.
