OMAP application processors and TCS wireless GSM/GPRS technology from Texas Instruments will power the P30 - the first smartphone from BenQ Corp.
The handsets also support iMotion Mail, which enables users to send a video they have recorded as an email attachment.
The high processing performance and low power consumption of TI's OMAP1510 processor help enable these rich, real-time multimedia-rich features as well as long battery life.
The new handsets featuring the OMAP1510 processor are: the NEC N2051, the Fujitsu F2051 and the P2102V from Panasonic Mobile Communications.
