Thales Computers is relocating its US headquarters to an updated facility in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Thales Computers is relocating its US headquarters to an updated facility in Raleigh, North Carolina The company's move to a newer facility will enable Thales Computers to provide its North American customers with more advanced technical resources and increased customer service

The new 950m2 space has been designed to optimise Thales Computers' newly upgraded technical resource facilities, including an enhanced engineering lab for faster product development and more effective project management, along with a centralised customer support department.

Additionally, the facility houses a videoconference centre and multiple meeting rooms, and incorporates a new, customer-friendly phone system.

Richard Goodell, Thales Computers CFO, said: "This relocation enables us to streamline our operations and provide our customers with the best service and sales support available.

And, the new facility complies with the Thales Group's overall IT security and facility plan, which reflects our company-wide commitment to provide our employees with a safe working environment as well as enables them to utilise the Thales Group's enormous amount of resources in order to improve our interaction with customers".
