LCD monitors resist vandalism

High-brightnes high-contrast monitor is ideal for maritime applications such as radar, navigation, automatic identification, monitoring and surveillance systems.
They are suitable for applications where the interface must be flexible and sturdy enough to withstand heavy usage and resist vandalism including digital signage, retail, public transportation and control rooms.
Both monitors feature a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million display colours and optional video inputs, S-Video or composite video enabling them to be used with CCTV or other video recording equipment.
The screens can be rotated horizontally or vertically.
The 24-inch widescreen monitor boasts an outstanding WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, 500cd/m squared brightness and a viewing angle of 89 degrees in both horizontal and vertical directions.
The 21.3 inch monitor features a UXGA resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels, 300cd/m brightness and power consumption of just 60W typical.
An optional DVI input allows these screens to interface with digital equipment, and both monitors are ideal for digital signage applications thanks to the range of stand alone and network players available for Trident to embed within the display.
