Quality system makes the grade
Thermaco has upgraded its quality system to BS EN ISO9001:2000.
As part of their continuing commitment to improve customer satisfaction Thermaco has upgraded its quality system to BS EN ISO9001:2000 The latest standard focuses on measuring standard of customer service in addition to the traditional product quality standards
The aim of the new standard is to encourage using the quality system to improve the whole organisation, therefore quality product with a quality service.
