New from Topline is the EM6812, an ultra-low-power 8bit microcontroller with Flash memory.
Designed for portable applications, the RISC-based EM6812 consumes only 120mA from a 3V supply in active mode operating at 1MHz, and as little as 0.8mA in standby mode at 32kHz - less than half the power of any similar microcontroller.
