Output voltages can be factory set anywhere from 0.9 to 5.0V in 100mV steps, and the operating voltage range is from 1.5 to 6.0V.
The XC6215 LDOs are also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, which give added output stability.
The maximum output current for devices in the XC6215 range is typically 200mA, and the operating temperature range is from -40 to +85C.
