Torex Semiconductor has introduced the XC25BS8 Series of PLL clock generator ICs with built-in crystal oscillator circuit, divider circuit and multiplier PLL circuit.
The device can monitor nominal system voltages from 1.0 to 5.0V and is selectable in 0.1V increments.
Detect accuracy is +/-2% at 1.5V and above, or +/-30mV at voltages below 1.5V.
Detect voltage temperature characteristics are typically +/-100ppm/C, over the operating temperature range from -40 to +85C.
Devices within the XC6120 series are differentiated by their output logic configurations.
The XC6120C series features a CMOS output.
The XC6120N series has an N-channel open-drain output.
Available in the ultrasmall USP-3 package, as well as the SSOT-24 (SC-82), the XC6120 series is ideally suited for high-density mounting.
With low power consumption and high accuracy, devices in this series are suitable for precision mobile equipment.
In particular, these low-power circuits are well suited for monitoring battery, power-supply and regulated system voltages.
