Toshiba Electronics Europe has launched a flash microcontroller specifically designed to meet the needs of modern home appliance applications including washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers.
The two CCFL backlights deliver brightness levels up to 200cd/m2, ensuring legibility of text and graphics in environments with high levels of ambient lighting.
Display luminance is adjustable over the range 30 to 100% by means of an on-screen menu, while the CCFL backlight life of 50,000 hours provides long-term reliability and reduced service and repair costs.
The on screen display features language options of English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Offering a pixel pitch of 0.297 x 0.297mm and a maximum resolution of 1024 x 768, the new LTM15C441 delivers an active display area of 304 x 228mm.
Horizontal and vertical viewing angles are 120 and 90deg, respectively.
The LTM15C441 has overall dimensions of 340 x 257 x 29mm and weighs 2300g.
Operating voltage is rated at 12V DC, with TTL-level inputs providing horizontal and vertical synchronisation signals.
