Toshiba Electronics has launched a selection guide that will help European engineers to specify discrete, optoelectronic and power semiconductor products for their designs.

Toshiba Electronics has launched a selection guide that will help European engineers to specify discrete, optoelectronic and power semiconductor products for their designs.

Toshiba's Discrete, Power and Opto Semiconductors European Selection 2001 is a 100-page brochure split into sections that cover small signal devices, small signal transistors, power devices, ICs and opto products.

Power devices range from rectifiers to IGBTs, while the general IC section includes logic ICs, switches and regulators.

Optoelectronic components covered by the guide include LEDs and a wide range of photocouplers.

The new brochure incorporates a number of selection guide matrices for rapid identification of the most appropriate devices and includes a section detailing the dimensions of all key package types.
