Touch International has an all-new range of capacitive glass sensors.

Touch International has an all-new range of capacitive glass sensors.

Based on a breakthrough in capacitive design, these products offer superior optical performance and exceptional value for integrators.

"We are confident that these new innovative products are set to break the stranglehold on the capacitive market held for over 20 years by 3M", said Bob Senior, European Managing Director of Touch International.

The new sensors are based on a novel design technique that results in fewer reflections and increased light transmission from the display.

Linked with the more traditional capacitive benefit of durability these products are ideal for use in public situations such as amusement machines, ATMs point-of-sale terminals, ticketing machines - and kiosks of all types.

Fully compatible with 3M capacitive products, the new sensors are available in a full range of flat and curved designs ranging from 12 through to 21in.

Where an even more rugged, anti-vandal construction is required, a 6mm-thick laminated version - "TougherTouch" - is also available in 12 to 18in sizes.

This innovation is a further testimony to Touch International's principle of being "better by design" by offering best-of-breeds products at a realistic price.
