Now available in the UK from Trident Engineering is a new range of low-cost high-quality permanent-magnet stepping motors and stepping geared motors from Motraxx.

Now available in the UK from Trident Engineering is a new range of low-cost high-quality permanent-magnet stepping motors and stepping geared motors from Motraxx.

Ranging in diameter from 15 to 55mm, the stepping motors are supplied with a rated voltage of 5 or 12V DC, have step angles of 3.75, 7.5, 15 or 18 degrees and a holding torque of up to 137mNm.

This makes them ideal for applications such as medical, laboratory and educational equipment and other precision engineering systems such as pan and tilt mechanisms.

The geared motors are available with a wide range of options, are 20 to 35mm in diameter, operate from 5 or 12V DC and produce a pull-in torque of up to 98mNm.
