A Thermix product story
Edited by the Electronicstalk editorial team Aug 28, 2002

Thermix has a range of high-performance thermoelectric microcoolers for cooling a wide range of microelectronic and optoelectronic devices.

Thermix has a range of high-performance thermoelectric microcoolers (including multistage devices) capable of operating at up to 200C for cooling semiconductor laser and superluminescent diodes, IR detectors, CCDs and other elements of microelectronics and optoelectronics.

The company has many years of experience in designing and manufacturing solid-state thermoelectric microcoolers for the military-industrial establishment of the former Soviet Union.

The ability of the microcoolers to work at ambient temperatures up to 200C allows for an improved mounting process for the cooled object.

In addition to its standard range, Thermix can also make thermoelectric microcoolers to customer specifications.
