Portable deburring tool uses twin blade system
A twin blade tool system in a portable tool is designed to machine straight or rounded edges, as well as inside and outside contours, to remove burrs quickly, safely and cleanly.
With the introduction of the new TKA 300 - 0, Trumpf is extending its power tool technologies to include chamfering and deburring.
This latest addition is designed to machine straight or rounded edges as well as inside and outside contours to remove burrs quickly, safely and cleanly.
Its excellent cut quality is achieved by a twin blade tool system.
The maximum chamfer length is typically 3mm and the smallest machineable internal radius, 11mm.
Speed is 4 - 6m/min, dependent on the material being machined.
The chamfer length can be precisely pre-set without tools by means of a manually adjustable setting wheel.
Robust and exceptionally quiet in operation, the TKA 300 - 0 employs a powerful motor capable of high cutting speeds and optimal milling performance.
An overload cutout is standard as is a restart inhibitor that protects users in the event of a power cut.
For ease and comfort, the unit is designed to be operated with two hands.
Available as an option is a chip container that can be mounted without the use of tools and turned through 360deg around the support plate.
Its dual role is to protect the user and ensure the working area is kept clean.
This new finishing tool will be as much at home in a small workshop as in a shipyard.
It is ideal for anyone who is seeking a superior surface finish to ensure better paint adhesion and therefore greater protection from rust and corrosion.
