Radford expands telecomms expertise

TS Technology Services has appointed telecomms specialist Peter Radford as a Key Account Manager.

Following its success in winning major telecoms service contracts, TS Technology Services, part of the global Tyco International group and one of the industry's leading providers of life-cycle service solutions for technology markets, has appointed telecomms specialist Peter Radford as a Key Account Manager.

TS's customers include many of the leading names among telecomms service providers.

Radford will play an important role in helping TS provide these companies with advanced life-cycle service and support facilities to complement their own operations and enhance the efficiency of their service and telecoms logistics operations.

Operating in the UK and Europe as part of Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions and backed by global parent Tyco International, TS Technology Services provides full lifecycle service and support to customers, delivering improved end customer satisfaction and profitability.

Radford joins TS Technology Services from the CRC Group where he was Customer Programme Manager for over 2 years and where he gained extensive experience in Operations and Account Management for major telecomms customers.

He was also Operations Director for several years with Project Telecom, now part of Vodaphone.

In his new role, Radford reports directly to Managing Director Kevin Scott-Cowell.
