The Board-Lok Instant Fixture System enables finely spaced pin support nests to be created in minutes.

Transition Automation offers offline flexible pin support systems for inline printing.

The Board-Lok Instant Fixture System is a patent pending cartridge style carrier, which enables finely spaced pin support nests to be created in minutes.

Because the system is offline and is reusable, user benefits include shorter line interruptions for tooling setup, and lower overall tooling costs.

The IFS is the first system to use an innovative setup station and lightweight construction, which allows the fixture to be inverted over the PC board for pin selection and setup.

The fine resolution carrier contains over 50 selectable pin sites per square inch.

The high resolution fixture design gives this new system transparency, for easy and accurate pin selection and placement.

Ergonomics are enhanced by the lightweight carrier, which averages less than 2.7kg for an 8 x 12in PC board.
