The Fagor Electronica range of discrete semiconductor devices is now available from Transonics.
The Fagor Electronica range of discrete semiconductor devices is now available from Transonics Fagor Electronica's range of thyristor products offer high performance, excellent quality and high reliability for all application needs
The range currently includes devices from 0.8 to 16A, and will be extended to 25A later this year (at qualification stage now) and 40A next year.
SCRs are available as sensitive gate, standard and surface mount devices.
Triacs can be specified as standard, logic level, high commutation and surface mount devices.
Diacs are available in both SMD and axial formats.
