A new range of 20W TO220 planar power resistors with integral heatsinks has been released by TT Electronics-BI Technologies.
A new range of 20W TO220 planar power resistors with integral heatsinks has been released by TT Electronics-BI Technologies The MHP range includes devices rated from 1ohm to 100kohm with 5% standard tolerance (1 and 2% options are also available)
Typical applications include switching power supplies, snubbers, inrush/bleeder resistors and current limiters.
High power density and low thermal resistance are just some of the features of these nonflammable, noninductive components.
