Customer wins prompt Molex award

Molex has named TTI as its 2003 UK distributor of the year.

Earlier this year, TTI commented during the presentation of its annual interconnect supplier of the year award that the recognition was based on "detailed, measurable progress in several, well-established categories" This month, Molex was equally emphatic that its European distributor of the year awards were also based on rigorous analysis of performance

As Molex's 2003 UK distributor of the year, TTI, according to UK General Sales Manager Greg Faughnan: has demonstrated positive growth year on year; committed resources to a huge amount of joint activity; and been very active in developing new business, identifying over Eur 2 million worth of new opportunities.

Explains Ros Evans-Pughe, TTI's UK and Ireland General Manager: "The efforts we have made in bringing on new sales personnel, as well as the introduction of dedicated product managers, and the Plus Desk initiative, have led to a significant number of new customers for Molex products".
