Kemet's new high temperature T499 tantalum chip capacitor series is designed for use in applications with operating temperatures up to 175C.

Expanding on a portfolio of products from Kemet targeted at harsh environmental applications, T499 chip tantalum capacitors are suitable for under-bonnet automotive electronics, basestations and oil exploration equipment.
T499 capacitors are available in five EIA standard case sizes (A, B, C, D and X) and offer a capacitance range between 0.15 and 220uF, with voltage ratings between 6 and 50V.
